AnswerWhere's my password? If you've signed up for the website and haven't got your password within a few minutes, then either you entered the wrong email address or your ISP/mail client has filtered it. Hotmail is notorious for this. You could try checking any trash/spam folder to see if it's there. I can't log in. There are several reasons for this. Let's start with the obvious ones. How do I change my login name?? You can't change your login name yourself. This is to stop people changing them frequently. My membership is due to expire soon. How do I go about renewing it? You will start to get a number of emails from us when your membership is about to expire. The text at the top of the screen will also change from "Your membership" to "Renew membership". I didn't get around to renewing my membership in time. Is that a problem? You should have got some reminder emails from us. If that wasn't the case, check the email address we have for you and make sure our emails aren't getting "filtered". You've given me a ridiculous password which I've no hope of remembering! How do I change it? Login and go to the Your Account option under the Your SCUK menu. From there "Edit your information" and you can change your password at the bottom there. I've lost my SCUK membership card and wondered if it's possible to get a replacement. On this page you'll see that If your card is lost or stolen, you can request a new card, but we will charge £5+VAT for each replacement requested. We reserve the right not to issue a replacement card for any reason. Look after them. Back to topHi, I have deleted my avatar and for some reason i can`t find the section to apply another one!!!! I'm due for renewal mid January but would like to renew straight away so i can use my scuk card at xscape. Thanks, Phil You can renew your membership upto 30 days prior to it expiring. We usually send you a remnider at 30 days to say your membership is up for renewal How can I delete a thread that I was the author of? Email dunx@ or any other moderator and we'll see whether it should be deleted. This is not normally a problem if it's the author of the thread. Back to tophi, on the membership page for scuk it does not say how many scuk products i can choose it just says free. is it whatever i request or is there a limit. I am asking because i need to buy an edge tuning tool. also do natives employees get any discount? regards, richard welch Richard, you will notice on this page http://www.snowboardclub.co.uk/pack that there are 2 ticks next to the free products which indicates you get 2 free scuk products with an adult membership. Also i'm afraid we don't offer any discounts to natives at the moment but once we've launched our new site we'd look to include many more partners. hay guys. question again.. can i use SCUK discounts while shopping online?? E.G TSA when buying asks for "discount code" do we as members receive online discounts? cheers JRC The TSA discount is a one-off use paper voucher, which has to be used in person. Can you tell me when it will be sent? Packs are processes weekly, sometimes more often at busy periods. Four of the new full memberships cost less than the old family membership anyway.
