| I had a go on my mates Bataleon Fun Kink a month or so ago and am thinking of getting something similar in the sales for playing around as a second buttery board. What would people recommend (was looking at Bataleon Disaster but thath seems to be sold out everywhere now)? |

Well this may be a bit cheap when compared to those boards, but I have nothing but great things to say about the Rome Garage Rocker. I love it, not too expensive to replace in case of disaster too. Ive seen it on sale for as low as £135. |

| I would second the Garage Rocker, great board, nice and stable and a nice flex for freestyle and is more than capable outside the fridge, |

| I went for a K2 WWW after reading a few good comments about it here and finding it nice and cheap. |

| Cheers for the feedback guys - both look quite interesting. Have been browsing the Rome one a bit and come across the Rome Artifact Rocker as well - any thoughts on how this compares with the Rome Garage Rocker? |

| Having not ridden one myself i cant say for sure. But i know a lot of people like it, especially jibbing and butters. I think its a very similar board to the Garage Rocker but a slight step up in tech, possibly a little flexier too. Im not a fan of the graphics though, prefer the garage...not that that has anything to do with the price of eggs lol. |

Artifact Rocker is softer/more buttery than the Garage Rocker.
@ Dashie: I don't think the Artifact has bronze edges any more. My non-rocker Artifact doesn't and the Rome site doesn't say anything about it. |

i've got a fun.kink and the artifact, the artifact is way softer and a lot more fun in the domes esp. with it being rockered.
i'd buy another for sure! I've not ridden the garage rocker, but llike everyone says its a bit stiffer.
Even with the softness of the artifact i've still managed to shread pistes on it and hit largish (15m) kickers on it, infact i spent 90% of last season on it. Great board
Only think it really lacks is pop, but you learn to just jump a bit more |

| Love my Artifact Rocker. No bronze edges on it tho, as has already been said, they've stopped putting them on. |
