In your opinion is it better to do a long weekend at Landgraaf Snowworld or drive to say Tignes and do a long weekend there on the glacier and camp, probably late July.

| Well I've never been to the Dutch dome but I'd normally go for real mountain to indoor anyday. Went to Tignes in August about 10 years ago and it was quite good fun (even had fresh!) although obviously it's early start and early finish but Snowworld sounds kind of interesting. Have you done anything like either before, how long have you been riding, you going by yourself or with mates? |

I would love to try Landgraaf out but I too would far prefer real mountain to indoor slope anyday, especially if the ££££'s are about the same while you're pricing up there's Les Deux Alpes also open in the summer, we were there this winter and loved it |

| Me and a group of pals are off to Landgraaf middle of next month. A couple of them have been before and say that it's pretty damn good, although obviously not as good as a mountain. However there is the guarantee of decent snow.... |

Probably four of us going, we were going to snowworld for sure but then I thought, Hey! What about a glacier???
Have only been on one skiing & three snowboard holidays so still allot to learn.
Normally we surf & wakeboard all summer (and some of the winter)
But this year I cant get the snowboarding out of my head. It's like an itch that I need to scratch.
Although off to Wales tomorrow so praying for a little swell & back in Devon bank holiday weekend to get my surf fix |

| Well there are a lot of other activities that go on in Tignes in the summer (mountain biking etc) not sure if they do wakeboarding but you'll have plenty of options to keep you busy there. |

if your going for a weekend and only plan on riding for 2 or 3 days, i'd go to llandgraaf.
Its pointless driving all the way to tignes or L2A to then find that its closed one day and then white out the next. |
